08/23 – Depart US to arrive in Beijing for the tours
08/24 – Arrive in Beijing , to participate in the tours on 08/25
08/27 - Gotcha Day
08/30 - Fly to Guangzhou
08/31 – Medical exam/TB Test in Guangzhou
09/05 - AC appointment – Oath Taking Ceremony (not confirmed but taking the latest appointment to cover all bases)
09/06 - Family goes to AC to pick up passport with visa at ~ 3:30 pm **IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE ON THIS DAY BY FLIGHT, IT HAS TO BE AFTER 9PM. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LEAVING ON THIS DAY IS RISKY PER THE CONSULATE. SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN. I WILL APPROVE FLIGHTS ON THIS EVENING VERY LATE, BUT WITH CAUTION. All families who leave out of Hong Kong , will take the train on this day, and will take the 4:12pm train. This message applies to FLIGHTS, and those should not be sooner than 9pm. **
09/07 – Family departs for US
